  • We provide standard portable restrooms, wheelchair-accessible units, handwashing stations, fresh water tanks, waste holding tanks, and high-end restroom trailers for events, construction sites, and emergency use.

  • We recommend booking at least a week in advance, but for large events or peak seasons, reserving 2-4 weeks ahead ensures availability. We also offer last-minute rentals based on availability.

  • Yes! We understand that emergencies happen. Same-day and emergency rentals are available based on unit availability. Call us for immediate assistance.

  • Yes! We offer single-day rentals for events as well as long-term rental options for construction sites and ongoing projects.

  • Our pricing includes delivery, setup, and weekly servicing. Additional fees may apply for extra servicing, rush orders, or long-distance deliveries.

Delivery & Placement

  • Portable restrooms should be placed on flat, level ground with easy access for servicing. We can help determine the best placement upon delivery.

  • Most private properties do not require a permit, but some public spaces, street placements, or large events may need local permits.

  • For safety reasons, we recommend placing units on flat, stable surfaces. However, we can discuss options if you have an uneven site.

  • A clear path of at least 10 feet wide is required for our trucks to deliver and pick up units. We also recommend a 4-foot clearance around the restroom for easy access.

  • A designated representative will need to be present to help us place the toilet in your preferred area. Once the toilet is in place, it cannot be moved by anyone but our staff. To have a technician return and relocate the toilet you will incur an additional charge.

Servicing & Maintenance

  • Our standard service includes weekly cleaning, restocking, and waste removal. Additional servicing can be scheduled for high-traffic events or job sites.

  • Simply call us, and we’ll schedule an extra service visit as soon as possible.

  • We follow a strict 12-point sanitation checklist that includes disinfecting all surfaces, restocking supplies, and deodorizing the unit. Our team uses industry-grade cleaners and PPE to maintain hygiene and safety standards at every service visit.

  • Absolutely! We offer custom service schedules, including daily, multiple times per week, or on-demand servicing.

  • If a unit is tipped over or damaged, contact us immediately, and we’ll dispatch a team to clean, repair, or replace the unit. Damage beyond normal wear and tear may be subject to additional charges.

Features & Customization

  • Yes! We offer wheelchair-accessible restrooms with spacious interiors and ground-level access.

  • At Eagle Site Services there is no difference. While our competitors have stripped away all of the amenities a portable restroom should have, just so they can add them back into their version of a “deluxe restroom” and charge you extra, we believe in being straightforward and giving our customers everything they need in one upfront price.

  • Yes! We offer freestanding handwashing stations for rent, and offer in-unit hand sanitizer dispensers free of charge to complement your portable restroom rentals.

  • Standard units do not include lighting, but we offer battery-operated or solar-powered lighting options for night events.

  • Yes! Our units use eco-friendly deodorizers and biodegradable products, and our servicing process follows waste disposal regulations to minimize environmental impact.

Event & Industry Specific

  • A general rule of thumb:

    • 1 unit per 50 guests for a 4-hour event

    • 1 unit per 10 workers for a 40-hour workweek

  • For construction sites, we recommend durable, standard restrooms with weekly servicing. For large crews, we suggest handwashing stations and extra units.

  • The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requires, at a minimum, 5% and no less than one handicap-access unit in each porta potty location so that attendees with disabilities can have proper accommodations.
